At Hoop Kid, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you don’t love your purchase, we’re here to help!

Returns and Exchanges:
You can exchange or return products within 21 days of receipt (as verified by tracking). If your desired item’s style or size is not available, we’ll gladly provide an alternative or store credit.

Processing Time:
Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged during delivery.

Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and free of odors.
