HoopKid® License & Event Terms of Agreement

By purchasing the HoopKid® Basketball Book Party™ Event Package, you ("Purchaser/Organization") agree to the following terms with HoopKid, LLC:

Intellectual Property & Ownership: All HoopKid® logos, characters, slogans, artwork, digital files, and curriculum materials remain the sole and exclusive property of HoopKid, LLC, protected by copyright and trademark law.

Limited Non-Commercial License: HoopKid, LLC grants your purchasing organization a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use HoopKid® materials, logos, and graphics solely for program activities and event promotion. Materials may not be resold, redistributed, adapted, or used for commercial gain outside your organization.

Media & Publicity Grant: HoopKid, LLC retains the right to use photographs and videos captured during program activities and events for promotional and publicity purposes.

Assumption of Risk & Liability: The purchasing organization acknowledges that physical basketball and program activities carry inherent risk of injury. On behalf of your organization, staff, and participants, you agree to release and hold harmless HoopKid, LLC, its officers, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from event participation.
